megan from regional technology called stating that we filled out a card at Cuyahoga county fairgrounds and we were picked as a winner. However, we have not been to fairgrounds in years. "megan" said to call before 1pm. Also, if you do a reverse phone number lookup on the number, it is registered to Ileta Wilson.
