Type of a scam Online Purchase

On Jan. 3 I placed an on-line order for delivery on Jan. 4. I never received the confirmation email and the flowers were never delivered, but $55.18 was charged to my Visa on Jan. 4. I called about this numerous times and was told that the delivery people just didn’t pick up that day and that the charge on my Visa would be reversed, but that it would take 7-10 days. The next week the charge still hadn’t been reversed, so I tried to call again, and was put On Hold even though I specifically said I didn’t want to be. Every time I tried to call back since then, it went directly to the On Hold music and stayed there. I also tried on-line chat but got no response, and tried to submit a message through the Contact page on the website, but just got an error. I reported this to the ScamPulse.com, who indicated that there is no Regina Flowers located at 1839 Albert Street, Regina, SK and that the 206 phone number on their website indicates is from Seattle, WA. They have also received other complaints about this same company.
