Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company Regenify advertises online that they will send you eye cream for $5.95. No where does it show that they will then charge you $90+ later and monthly on the ad. They have a sister company, Valere Skincare that does the same. The ad said it ships for free and your only charge is $5.95. Then you are billed the $5.95, receive the creams and then are billed $90+ monthly for each. When I called, the directed me to other websites, which were not what the ads linked to. That spell out the charges clearly. They tell you that you missed the fine print. Which I did not. I looked to see if I could find the original ads, but only found a similar product with a similar website (different product name), with the same info I initially saw (no detail on the actual charges). My guess is they are running this with multiple brand names. You do not receive an email receipt from the online order, so you can’t see the charges, nor is there a receipt in the shipment. In addition, when I called, they stated that they would rebate me 35% (both companies said this), right away. But if I disputed it with my credit card company, they would not rebate me anything. Everyone posting on their Facebook pages says it is a scam. A company like this should be shut down for unethical business practices, false advertising. When I go back to the ad now for Regenify, it now takes me to another product called Erase/Repair HA. The ad is identical with a different product in its place, but same language. I will attach it to the below. As you notice, there is no info the price here.
