Popup locked browser – suggested that my passwords are being stolen and that I call a toll free number – 855-568-7009 to prevent the theft. I called and asked for their physical location and company name before giving them any of my details – they refused to provide both and when I insisted, they gave me the address of the Microsoft store on 5th avenue (NY) and alternatively claimed they worked for Microsoft and also that they were just Microsoft certified company.

When I said I want to take legal action, they hung up. I called again and asked for their address, but they kept going back to Microsoft location and names (said they worked for Satya Nadella).

We did not loose anything but I wanted to report the number.

My family has been receiving calls for me on their home phone number, which I never give out. I attempted twice to contact the company and they refused to provide any information, other than that I owe $300+ dollars on a loan taken out when I was not even in the country. I have looked online and they have many of the same complints. I have asked them to stop calling, but they refused to.
