Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

Received Email saying I had purchased a network security plan two years ago for $699.99 for (I assume) my computer. This company (unnamed) was moving to another business and was offering refunds for about $466.00 on my account. I asked when the purchase was made, and checked my credit card for that date and found no such charge. When I asked for further info on the purchase, they claimed that they didn’t keep such records? They wanted my bank account or credit card number to do the refund. I didn’t get in further info from them, and they hung up. Beware!
