Caller states your computer is sending a signal to them showing critical errors. They ask you to download software that will allow them to view and access your computer. I assume they then take whatever personal information they can. When met with resistance, the caller started using profanity calling me a [censored] B*** and a C***. Before the call reached this level I did ask for the name of the business and they provided the name Reed PC Repair. The number I was able to find for this company was 800.509.0362. When I called, I was met with someone who sound quite similar to the person who called me, however the number displayed on my phone was blocked and cannot verify they are one and the same. When you Google search the address, it comes up as an apartment complex.
