Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a Red Wings jersey and paid with a credit card. When it posted on my credit card, I did not recognize the vendor name, PES*AURORASTORE HANGZHOU CNCN, nor the amount (it was $8 more than I was to pay). I immediately blocked the payment, and changed my account. I have been in contact with "XXXXX" by email, and it has become obvious that she speaks broken English. I have wanted to return the jersey(since December 16) because the coloring is not as it was pictured on the website. Otherwise, the jersey is fine. There was no paperwork with the jersey, so I asked for a return label. They have refused to give me a return address, stating it is expensive because it must go back to CHINA ! They have asked me to pay for the jersey, and then they will refund after they receive it. They have said to keep the jersey and they will refund (?) me half the cost. This just does not make sense. I have kept all the email correspondence (almost daily since 12/16) if that is needed. I just want to return the jersey, and be done with them. By the way, on the website, some of the drop downs do not work, or the drop down page does not exist. The search does not work, and no phone number is available. I refuse to pay them anything—I just want to return the merchandise.
