They took our money for timeshare sale and never delivered paperwork. No one answering phones now

We had John D. Rodriguez contact us about purchasing our timeshare condo. They said they are using Red Dragon mortgage. After we paid the title research and transfer fees and additional money to pay off the current loan on the condo. Rafael Aymerich from Red Dragon was going to FedEx us the final paperwork and the check from the Rodiguez’s. The paperwork nor the check ever came. Now when we call Red Dragon no one answers the phone and it goes directly to voicemail. We have tried for 3 days to contact them by phone and email with no luck.

I have all of the emails they sent us with transfer papers, loan agreements by the buyers and contracts.
