I first received a telephone call back on 9-13-18 indicating that there was a warrant issued and that I had an outstanding payday loan through Fox Enterprises and my case number is: GMF1256. I owed $480.00 and they would settle for $380.00 to be taken out over a four month period. The e-mail that I received was not issued on company letterhead and I believe this to be a scam. I did not receive any legal papers to verify such a debt.
