Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased jewelry that was of poor quality. It arrive late (I had emails with their customer service back and forth while waiting for it – to ensure it was coming). The day I got it I wrote in that I wanted to return the jewelry for a refund (on their website it states for refunds I have to pay return shipping and have 30 days to return. I must contact the company to return the items). I have emailed the company numerous times about returning the items. Every time they try to give me suggestions about keeping the jewelry, gifting it or resaling it. I have asked for the return address and each time they will not address this question. They also stated if I return the items, they will only refund half of my money. this policy is no where on their website. (also, to add, they are trying to display their jewelry as Kendra Scott designer jewelry. It’s imitation. When I asked them if it was imitation, they avoided giving a direct answer – only stating that many people like the jewelry and place additions orders. Then when I received the jewelry it was even in a Kendra Scott box to try to once again make it seem like it’s real. They also have social media links (facebook, instagram, etc) linked on their page to the real Kendra Scott social media pages. Once again, no where on their pngage so they state that it is imitation. Currently, I have still not received an address to return my jewelry to, and I also would like my full refund (minus me paying for shipping) like the website states.
