Type of a scam Other

In July 2018, I was contacted by a Keith Hastings and elected to invest my marketing budget into the company’s lead package. In the process, Keith mentioned that there were no contracts for me to review and that acceptaxe was with payment. In emails we discussed the terms and rates and I kindly elected to proceed with Realtor.com. In August, I was contacted by customer care which is were I discovered there was confusion as to what I was actually purchasing. I was lead to believe, and was never corrected by Keith, that my lead package was a MONTHLY basis, not annually. Once I discovered this horrific and costly misrepresentation I contacted customer care THREE TIMES. Each time, my “complaint ticket was submitted” and I was to hear back within 72hrs. Today, I called again and was informed that the “complaint was expedited” and the representative for Realto.com even stated he suggested I make a BBB complaint to push things along. I have never received a contract with said terms, have been paying monthly for something I did NOT agree too, and REALTOR.COM has yet to respond to my complaints. I was SOLD on marketing that is NOT truthful! Do not waste your time with this company as they are not clear in their intentions. Furthermore, being the largest recognized BRAND in the industry, the greed and misrepresentation, make for a poor reflection on evert licensed agent.
