Type of a scam Investment
Called my 86 year old mother in law saying the were an investment company. They wanted a fee starting with $1500.00 to give her monthly income from Amazon.com profit sharing. The income would be tax free. They wanted a Visa or Master Card but would not take her Discover card. They instructed her to go to the bank and purchase a $1500.00 pre paid Visa card and they could take the number over the phone for her first installment of $1500.00 Her total fees would be $4500.00 before she would receive her new tax free monthly income.
Last Year a company had her wire $3000.00 to the Philippines to pre pay taxes so she could receive her $500million dollar prize. I have placed her on the no call list, plus blocked many numbers. The scams just keep coming
