Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
Put an antique pump organ on Craig’s List for $2000. He responded that he was definitely interested. He wanted us to take it off the listing.
He sent a "Certified"???? check for $3500. The extra amount was for us to pay for shipping. In no way did we want anything to do with paying the shipper. I called your office in Indiana and you found that the address on the check didn’t match up with Ready Remodeling. Also our last name was misspelled on the check.
