I received a phone call from this number claiming that my 5 yr subscription is due and wanted to know if I wanted to renew. I asked them what subscription? They said my subscription to Better Homes and Garden magazine. I informed them that I do not have a subscription to this magazine and have never received this. The woman on the phone said "Ok, I will just bill the Visa that we have on file". I told her no, I don’t have a Visa Credit Card and I don’t want this subscription. She got hateful with me and said "We will bill the card on file" and hung up. I called the number back and asked the person that answered to speak to a Supervisor. I was hung up on again. I called back and as soon as it was answered, they hung up. I do have a Visa Debit card so I guess I will keep an eye on it to make sure I am not charged.

Type of a scam Debt Collections

I have received many calls from this company. My caller ID shows 347-363-3915 New York. The caller is a man with a heavy accent. He claims I purchased magazines and my subscription will be suspended. I don’t read or order magazines. He said if I cancel I will have to pay a late fee $99.00. Caller stated I have to clear debt or threatened collection. I did not pay or give any personal information. I know it is a scam and ended the call.
