Applied for a office manager job on indeed. Company stated that they were expanding to Dallas and the office manager would be responsible for setting up the office, ordering office supplies, interviewing applicants. My interview was done over the phone and later received an offer letter via email. Then the guy started asking me for a $10.00 cashiers check made out to a local office supply company that would be used to setup an account for the new office supplies. After the cashiers check was obtained the ‘hiring’ manager sent me a check to ‘cash’ and was very adamant that I advise when the funds cleared my bank, at this point I began to research the supposed building and the supply company which never heard of reatech at this point I realized that I was a part of the scam
