Type of a scam Tech Support

I received a phone call from 214-214-2002 and was told my computer was not updating and it was a microsoft solutions provider and that my computer alerted them it was not getting its updates. I was told they needed to take control of my computer and when I gave them control they showed me all these errors and issues and said I needed different software. They charged me $1,000 and said they were going to clean up my computer and install some new antivirus. They did all that but now I am reading it was a scam. Then I called back the person was trying to make me walk through everything again and when I said I had to go feed my animals he called me a liar. I have 3 minutes of the call on video.
