At the beginning of October we hired "Raymundo and Francisco" partners to paint our home and to instal a bamboo floor. They asked a money in advance because according to them they had to order a floor material. On October 5, 2015. we ( my husband and I) gave them a check in the amount of $1, 300. They supposed to instal the bamboo floor after painting was done. We paid Raymond for the painting $1, 500 and on Saturday ,October 16, 2015. they supposed to instal the floor. Francisco came around 1:00 P.M. removed our old floor from living and dinning area and left. He said his girlfriend is in the hospital and he will come back and finish everything by the October 24, 2015. I called on Monday to confirm the information and Raymond told m they don’t have material. They cashed our check but they’ve never order material for our floor. I asked them to return our money but they refused to do it and they don’t answer the phone. Now, we have a cement in our l living and dining area, no money and no floor. Raymond and Francisco refuse to communicate or to return our money. We are not sure if they are in the USA legal or not !? We are afraid they can still money from other people !
