I received a call at work from someone saying their name was Tammy [censored]n/S*** my receptionist said she was speaking so fast she couldn’t make sure of the last name. She stated she was looking to serve me for filing of a judgment against me. I called the number back to ask questions, because I am unaware what this could be. I was informed they had no one there by that name, so I gave file # he then pulled up and gave me last 4 of my social and my maiden name. Stated I owed $ 1,707.00 and a judgment had been filed against me. I asked to please provide me with documentation to review, as I was totally unaware what this may be. He gave me a credit card number and told me to look it up on my credit report to see who the creditor was, NOTHING at all on my credit report with the number he gave me. I asked for more information, he said ple[censored]d while I research. I held for approximately 10 minutes then I was disconnected.
