I purchased Skin Element Moisturizing Cream and Eye Vibe, advertised as free with only shipping charges due. Did not commit to anything else. Fifteen days later my bank acct. was charged $97.83 and two days later another charge of $92.79 was charged. I notified my bank on both chgs. And immediately contacted Rapid Fulfillment, c/o Beauty Impressions in Pacoima, Ca. to dispute these charges. Told them I was returning the product for full credit, however, was told it would be a 40% restocking chg. To which I objected. This is a scam, fraud, and rip-off. Please make others aware of this company. Their phone nos. are 855-853-5221, 732-462-7032, and 855-567-2147. I have cancelled my card to block further charges. I hope that I will be more successful getting my money back than others having the same experience.
