I ordered this grill on the 7th of July and not only didn’t receive a tracking email I have heard nothing from these [censored] and I have attempted to call and I have sent several emails to no end..
Paid my money and still have no responses to emails or any delivery of product, over 4 weeks ago. Bunch of scam bull[censored]!
Placed a order which money was taken and ive not had any response or anything from them
I believe its a huge con and I will be taking this matter up with paypal to see if i can get my money back

I ordered the ultimate grill on June 11th. I paid for expedited shipping and have not heard anymore from them. The phone number listed is bogus and all email addresses that I have found to reach out for status of the order are also bogus. I am so disappointed and angry that this is a scam!
Paid $99 for the ultimate grill, includes $25 expidite order fee. THank GOD I used PayPal for the purchase. THIS SITE IS A SCAM. Only thing I received was a 2cent brush. NO Answer on phone, no good email. DO NOT USE THESE POS.

This fake company needs to be shut down.
You need to either Google the company… or go to the better business bureau website to check out ANY company!
