Ordered a pool vacuum in June 2020, received tracking info, in two weeks a package of N95 masks arrived with that tracking number from China, website says company based in Texas but their number does not work. Contacted my bank opened a fraud investigation, was advised to return the masks to sender as they had offered in an email to reship original item ordered, by the way this cost me another 17$. Second tracking number issued, tracked for weeks on the EMS delivery website provided in an email with the tracking number, two weeks later, package reported lost. Fired off another email to Ramgespec asking for a refund, they wanted to keep 10% for processing fees!..or yet again reship the vacuum. Not about to give them my new card number I agreed to a third try at getting what I ordered. Same email, new tracking number, watched, waited, kept in touch with mail carriers and postal workers. EMS tracking site reported unable to deliver, due to no one home to receive package, and it was returned to sender!…mind you this was the same day I received another package from a different company. There was no package from Ramgespec to deliver…SCAM all the way around, I have notified every BBB, law enforcement and postal fraud office that will listen, and provided them with copies of every email and all tracking information.

I ordered a pool vacum from this website Rangespec using PayPal to pay

After a week I still had no tracking info. The website says it’s based I Texas btw. So I message the company to find out where package was….the response was a tracking # through CHINA POST! . I remessaged the company and asked for a refund because I need the vacum this summer not next

They reply sorry it’s been shipped it cannot be canceelld.well no it hadn’t I called PayPall . Who told me that they created a shipping label and that was it. It hasnt moved. I received no other comm ovation fro that point on. The phone number on the website is bogus. After paypal looked at the history for this company I was given a full refund. Also the website advertised "only one left" and after I bought mine there was still "only one left".
