My brother was contacted by an attorney telling me that a summons was being filed. I contacted them. The judgement they speak of doesn’t exist. The summons doesn’t exist. The debt(through thorough checks) does not exist. They do not have a business license nor a physical address. No website. No email.

They were just willing to give a PO Box for any money orders/cashier checks you choose to send.
