Type of a scam Tech Support

on September 29, 2018 I did not want to pay they took the money without my authorization. I want a refund . It was a scam. I checked your website and found a scam for Tech Support submitted on Sep 26, 2018 which was exactly what happen to me stating they were from Microsoft email tech support then transferred me to tech support person named Mike Smith or another name used is Sandeep Shaily and wanted to installed securities on my computer because someone was trying to access my PPI.

I received an email from Microsoft/Hotmail stating my computer was being hacked and they transferred me to Mark Smith( also goes my the name Sandeep Shaily from India) who is the senior technician and fixed my computer. The first instance was on September 29, 2018 where I paid $500.50 to have my computer fixed.

The second instance was on October 31, 2018 when I received a call again from Microsoft/Hotmail stating my drivers have expired and when I call Mark Smith I ended up paying another $999.00 so they could update 271 drivers on my computer.
