Received incoming call from 318-716-3016 on my cell phone @ approximately 11:49 am Tuesday, 11/10/15. Representative said her name was Susan from Quick Auto Quotes. Asked how did she get my cell number; who was she representing, etc. After asking a few questions – caller hung-up! When I attempted to call the exact same number back – I would get an error tone. Tried multiple times – unable to call the number back.
