Type of a scam Tech Support

About 2 years ago I thought I was contacting AGB, but it was Quantum Technologies. They remotely cleaned the computer. About a month and a half ago, I got a call saying they were going out of business, and wanted to go in one last time and clean everything up, and would give me a refund. They wanted my drivers license, hold it up to the computer. They got irate. Then they wanted banking info. They actually started yelling at me. They call daily now, wanting to give me a refund. They say the ScamPulse.com told them they had to refund me. I said then pay me. We canceled our account, with the bank, and the bank said, someone is trying to take out money right now.
