Left message, "Hi this is Crystal with Quality One. Based on your recent loan application you were prequalified for a deposit based hardship program with us. If you can give me a call back as soon as you can – you can take advantage of this program. I look forward to speaking with you thanks so much and have a blessed day!" Unsolicited call, I of course never applied for or inquired about a loan, and I’m on the do not call list!!!

Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

A lady named lisa calls to leave the message. She does not leave a last name. The message states your loan application was approved and you can get $55, 000 with their new debit deposit program. When you call and ask about it, they are very vague about how they got your information. When I pressed that I did not fill out an application and I feel this is fraud, they hang up on me. One lady Monica told me that they get information from when I apply for credit cards, cars or student loans. On another call back I spoke with James, who said that this was just an advertisement and not a real loan. My final call, I played along that I wanted the loan and spoke with Anthony. He was very nice about explaining the process. When I shared that I did not understand how they got my information since I did not fill out an application, he tried to re assure me & called my dear. When I stated that I still did not understand how they contacted or chose me, he hung up.

A woman named Lisa called and left a voicemail message and said that she is with quality one. I’m calling regards to your loan application and I wanted to to reach out to you because I do have great news I was able to get you approved for $55,000 without deposit base program if you can give me a call back to day or soon as you can you reach me at area code 949-392-4286. Its a not a traditional loan. I did not apply for any loan.
