Type of a scam Tech Support

Owner of Florida Fireplace Systems was contacted by QBPayrollPros stating they are part of Intuit/Quickbooks. Talk to the owner into a 3 years tech support contract, when he went to use it last month and called Intuit they didn’t recognize our company or the contract we had purchased in 2017. So they helped us as much as they could without charging us. So once that was over and don with I started looking into this and found the contract we had signed and paid for $3102.98 for 3 years starting on 2/2/17. Called the phone # that’s on the contract and on the transaction description and the number doesn’t go through, its dead area ( 844-720-1135 or 855-973-2116), then I tried to email them and the email was kicked back stating it wasn’t good. So the last thing I did is look them up on the internet and found they are scamming a lot of people and people have reported them to ScamPulse.com like we are. We are wanting a refund or a legit 3 years tech support with Intuit/Quickbooks
