This company "Prize Verification Service" located @ PO BOX 639, BETHPAGE, NY 11714, claims that you were selected to "WIN" an amount of One Million-Four Thousand Dollars by verifying ID (NAME / ADDRESS) information and submitting a twenty dollar report fee by a certain date, in this case by April 23rd 2016. This letter was sent by Presorted First Class US Postage Paid – Hicksville, NY Permit number 888. The company also use the initials "PVS" which is printed on the envelop.
