Type of a scam Online Purchase

The banner on their site states they will ship the item the same day if ordered by 6 pm. This is not true, I placed my order June 5 and a week later it still hasn’t shipped. Their customer service chat line told me I would receive it in 5 – 7 days (by June 12) and yet it’s June 12 and it still hasn’t shipped. When I asked about this again on June 11, I was told there were issues due to the pandemic and that it would be shipped later. Then I asked for a refund, they refused to provide it and then sent me a notice that a shipping label was created, yet it’s still sitting in a warehouse unshipped.
