AN Unknown caller with a Hawaii area code called me at 7:45pm claiming to be HMSA. He wanted to do a survey about my recent medical purchase which they somehow knew of. I said no, can you contact me by mail? And he said no, but he can call back. And I said No, it’s too late and hung up.
