I bought a product January 13 2019 and was promised 12-20 day shipping. Its currently February 24 2019 and I haven’t been given an update on the packages whereabouts or given info as to when it could be arriving only late it will be arriving late. Their support team has been cooperative and responsive, but seem to know nothing and claimed they were sending a $10 gift card to my email account. However that was supposedly sent to me February 18 2019 but I have no signs of it arriving to my email account where it was said to be.
