I ordered a custom pair of socks from Pupsocks on February 18th, 2018. After seeing that the order was "In Production" for nearly four weeks, I looked into it further and saw that hundreds of people have been scammed by this ‘company.’ I have sent four emails and messaged them on Facebook, and I’ve gotten no responses other than an automated email reply. My socks have not arrived and probably never will. I’ve lost almost $30 due to this scam.

I ordered a pair of socks for Christmas with a picture of our dog in them. They were ordered in November, promised to be completed in 3-5 business days, and over a month later I never got them. The company will not respond to emails, and I’ve sent many. There is no phone number, and the link on their website to file a complaint is fake. After doing some research, they have done this to hundreds of people. Now these criminals have my credit card info.
