Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a product over a month ago, and now the tracking link in the confirmation email leads to a page that says "404 Page Not Found". When I sent an email to the support email address, it was sent back to me saying it was "undeliverable". On the website when you click the Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter links lead to the "support" page. There is no social media connected with this company. Upon further investigation, the products offered by this company are ridiculously underpriced (such as a drone for $42.99 instead of $69.99, 80% off).
