Same experience as the above. Placed order, payment was taken but order was not fulfilled. After numerous calls, texts, facebook messages, email and using their online contact form, still no response was received. I notified my bank of fraud.

I ordered a pump motor rebuild kit from this web site. I never received the parts. My credit card was charged the $39.95 fee. There was no phone number on the web site to contact them, only a contact link on their site. It was interesting that the site listed that they reply quickly (within 12 hours to all messages) I repeatedly sent messages, with no response. I now see that the web site is no longer active. from a little research, it appears that this company used a few similar names including Wet HeaD Pumps, with similar reviews.
