Type of a scam Identity Theft

I called 844-220-5114 that was listed on Google as HP support for my HP laptop. I let them fix my computer and they charged me $160.00. I called them back to tell them that they needed to re-attach my desktop icons. About 2 weeks later they called me and said their computer had crashed and were going to refund my money. They had been calling off/on since the end of Nov. I was in the process of moving or I would have contacted them. This person by the name of Brian called me from 214-666-8484 saying that he was the refund department and he needed to get into my computer to remove the adjustments they made. We used TeamViewer.com to enable him access to my computer. Brian then said you need to sign on to your back so that I can refund you your money. I said no way and you can keep the money he kept talking over me and I hung up Brian called back about 4X, but I did not answer the phone. I went to use my computer and it was frozen, I called Brian and he told me he was not going to release my computer until I let him refund me. I put my computer into recovery back to Nov and it cleared everything out (it worked great). The next day an older gentlemen called me and said they needed access to my computer to refund me I said you need to refund me the same way I paid you and you are not getting access to my bank account. Then another guy called me after 5 words I hung up. I told all three of them if this is the only way for me to get a refund they can keep the money. I have since cancelled my online banking just in case they find a way into my computer. I notified TeamViewer.com of the incident and they said the only they could release the IP address is with a court order. The people that called me were all from India. I am going to provide you with the receipt they sent me for what I paid. Below is the receipt they sent me for my $160.00 payment.
