I ordered 2 dog harnesses from this company from an on-line ad. I paid for it with my credit card and they never sent the product. When i tried to call them on the phone number llsted in their ad, the message says they are upgrading their phone system and to use their 24/7 on line customer service site which won’t load. I sent them an e-mail asking them to send my product but they never did. It’s now almost a month. I filed a complaint with my bank asking them to have my money back from them. Bank said they have to investigate and they’ll get back to me. This is a complete scam and I’m not sure why this company is still allowed to advertise on the net. I hope you can do something about this to protect trusting and gullible consumers.

I purchased products from Pug Life Harness. The products were not useable. I tried to call them and the phone # has been disconnected. I tried to get a return label to ship the product back and it doesn’t recognize the order #’s. It refers me back to the phone #. This is a complete scam. I tried disputing the charges with my credit card company and they basically said "I have been screwed".

This company makes dog products, and they promise a 30 day full money back guarantee, however when attempting to get hold of them either by email or telephone, there is never a reply by email, and their telephone rings consistently until it goes to a busy signal. They also have a on-line chat box with a name lit up to chat with and nobody ever replies. So, it seems to me that they are selling product, collecting money and never living up to their money back guarantee. The product I received from them does not work, and I have tried all means of contact with them for a RMA # to return my product, but there is no way to contact them.
