I was advised to go to Walmart to buy a $499.99 scratch off card in order to get a $250,000 check. I was advised I have to decide quickly. The man stated that I would get $7,000 a week. And he was with the Publisher Clearing House Lottery. I told him I didn’t think I needed to pay this fee, he told me that it is because I live in TN, if I lived in TX I would not have to pay a fee.
