Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

Be warned about Michael Collins calling you from the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes Advantage to tell you, in a very convincing and charming way, that you have won $2.5 million dollars and a 2018 E-Class Mercedes Benz. he will take you through filling out a 1099 form over the phone (a no no) and ask you very personal questions as he tries to endear himself to you, especially if you have been a PCH customer for a lot of years and never won anything from them. He will ask you detailed questions about what you want the car color and interior to be and whether you have a bank account/credit-debit card and that they will be paying the taxes on the winnings (a lie and a fraud). Finally as I answered his questions he asked me how soon I wanted my prizes, which would be delivered by cashiers check and UPS/Fed Ex, so I needed to pay them $1585.00 for a processing fee (which they would return) to get my prize package as required by the state and fed government. When I said no that this must be a fraud because I should never pay any money to win a prize, he hung up on me.

The caller ID will show up as Kingston, JM (Jamaica) and they will call you repeatedly until they can convince you that this is not a scam, which it is!
