They called stating I won 2.5 Million Dollars and a Mercedes plus 5,000.00 every Friday for the rest of my life. Also said this line was being recorded by the ScamPulse.com and IRS. They are pretending that you won a Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes from an entry a long long long time ago. Never signed up. I went along with most of it to see what exactly they want however John Malone Ext 5. AKA scammer kept asking me to write everything down and repeat over and over. I ended the call at that time. He also was aggressive in the way he spoke to me. Never got to the part where they asks for something.

I keep getting calls from Jon Peterson with Publishers Clearing House saying I’ve won $8 million and $10 million dollar check and a Mercedes which would be delivered on a flatbed semi. He wanted me to pay $1300, I said no. Then he said he could do me a favor, and I could pay half. Then he said he was in my town, on First Ave, going into ShakeShop, waiting for me to meet them at the bank. He told me to buy a $64 Moneypak from CVS. He has an accent. They keep pushing to meet me.

Received a call saying I had won the grand prize in the monthly sweepstakes from an entry I made several years ago. It didn’t sound strange until they asked me to go to Walmart and pay the IRS the taxes on the auto they were delivering. They said I had to have the document that I had paid this so they could deliver the car and the cashiers check. They sad that I could not speak to anyone about the winning until after I took delivery on the items I had won. I came home and started doing research and called publishers clearing house. They said that all activity should be reported if it seemed to be a fraud. They had asked for my drivers license number to register the car and for the bank that I would be using to cash the check. They even explained that I would have to have taxed taken out of the check when it was deposited. They confirmed my home address for delivery. So, they have the bank I use…my license number…and my home address. I think they wanted to use the transaction on the money at Walmart to get my social security number. I hope they do not have enough info to cause me any problems.

I received a call a few years ago, and then today around 10:30a.m. EST on 4-12-19. He said he was in Las Vegas and his name Dave Sayer. And they told me that I was the first prize winner, and gave me an ID number. The prize would be $5000 a week for life and $10,750,000 and 5 1/2 million check and a pearl white Mercedes Benz and give gasoline for life, license for the vehicle, insurance for the vehicle and a warranty on the vehicle if anything went bad they would take it back and give me a new one.

Then the next thing he told me was I would owe tax to $7,500, and I said I would owe that to the government and he said no and that this was the prize tax. And that I had to Fed Ex a cashier’s check and that I needed to show them receipt. And they wanted to know which bank I would go to and I said I didn’t know, and they seemed a bit leery and gave them a name of national bank. And we hung up and then they keep calling me back and now they say they are going to cancel the prize because they didn’t think I treated them well. So, I am not getting my Mercedes and all that money. He knew my name, and he asked me the question if I lived in a gated community if there would be someone who could give access, and I don’t I live in the country. He knew my address. He asked if I had any debts, and he wanted to know if I owed the IRS anything.

Received a letter and check stating that I am a second place winner, in the 100 Million Dollars Super Cash Giveaway Promotion. Sponsored by Readers Digest, Mega Millions and Multi-State Lottery Association. I received a check for $7,600 and to call the above number before I deposit it into my account. I called the number and asked for Patricia Evans or Daniel Rogers. I was told to deposit the check first and then called her back. I was curious and looked up the name of the company on the check (Phillips Workplace Interiors, Inc. It is a furniture company. It makes furniture for companies. I also called the bank that was on the check (Mid Penn Bank). Gave the representative the routing # and account #. The representative told me it was a fraudulent check and to shred it. Reporting this just in case others have received the same letter and check.

I was contacted late Saturday afternoon by a man named David Sawyer. He claimed to the the Prize Director for Publisher Clearing House and informed me that I was a Sweepstakes winner of four million, five hundred thousand dollars plus a brand new Mercady Benz car. During the entire conversation he continual congratulated me for being a winner and that he would be contacting me each day now to help me meet all the deadlines and paper work need to claim the prize. He said where the prize was larger than what the FDIC normally insures at a bank where the prize money would be deposited that I would be required to pay $7500 for insurance on this increased amount. He also said in the information he sent me notifying me of the prize that I would be liable for $25,000 to the IRS for Sweepstakes Taxes and that I would send the money to the IRS using Western Union or Walmart Direct deposit or mail. He gave me the names of four PCH representatives that would be coming to my home on Oct 10th to deliver the prize check. He also ask me to keep this information about being a winning a secret until the prizes were awarded. In the information he sent me there was a letter from the BBB signed by a financial officer to further legitimize this fraud. I contacted my BBB early the following Monday and they confirmed my suspicions that this was indeed a scam. When David called later Monday morning to give me further instruction how to send the $7500 to the FDIC, which he wanted me to do immediately, I told him that I was going to contact the main headquarter of PCH to authenticate this prize winning first. When I told him that he hung up the phone on me and I have not heard back from him.
