Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

I was notified by telephone at 4:03 on Saturday March 27, 2016 that I had won the publishers clearing house sweepstakes in the amount of 3.5 million dollars. I had also won a 2016 Convertible E class Mercedes Benz. I was given a Prize conformation number. I was told by their Special Agent Mr. Anderson also that I had a choice as to whether I wanted to receive the delivery of these items Privately or Publicly. The final stage was that there was a processing and registration fee that must be paid before they would release my winnings of $ 499.99. I was told that this amount was completely reimbursable 3 days after the prize was received. I called ScamPulse.com and they responded that if I had to pay for it , then it wasn’t a Legitimate Prize. He has called me everyday since Sunday about me sending him the Money by Western Union or Money Gram. (***at least four or more times a day) He eventually said that I could pay for it on my debit card. I was told to ignore the call. When he called again I told him that I was not interested in his in his scam and his response was "You’re Stupid"!
