I got a call from a man saying he was with Publisher’s Clearing House. He told me I needed to go to Walmart. "You have won $180k and you need to pay 1% of that in order to accept your winnings". He wanted me to stay on the phone on with him to get as I went to Walmart to buy $180 in gift cards and give him the receipt. I asked why I would need to do that? "You have to keep it a secret," he said. I asked why I had to get a receipt worth $180 and have it made out to the IRS. He told me I needed to do that and then when they come to my house to surprise me I have to have my identification. I live in Sarcoxie, MO. He kept calling me sweetie. He didn’t know my name.
