Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

Received a phone call to say the business advertising i cancelled (which i never had), hadn’t gone through. and i now owe them for 1/3 of the total amount for the year. The new and only invoice (which i received by mail) is for 1181.58$ make cheque payable to Publication Internet. The invoice letter head is Publication Internet Mondiale. The invoice claims to be for Canada Business Registry.
