This company has psychics that people pay a lot of money to talk to about their personal problems. Private matters. Personal things. We pay upwards of 4.50 a minute. I have been using this site for 13 years.

Today they sent an ‘update’ to their user agreement saying they would start recording our personal private phone calls. That is illegal under law to record without permission. They are breaking the law by doing this and a lot of people will be scammed by them. It’s not on their website. Just an email from someone.

I will not call that place again until this is resolved. I called their ‘customer service’ line and told them I did not want my calls that I am paying for recorded, and they said tough. New policy. I think they plan to do something illegal with the data they have and what they get on call recording!!

I did not lose anything but other people will as they will not know their calls are being recorded. There is no good reason to record such calls. This company needs to be put out of business.
