Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
The caller claimed to be Donna Gray from PSEG. She wanted to give me a new discount on my, all I needed to do was give her the pod ID off of my bill. I asked repeatedly if she was actually from PSEG, and pointed out that if she was she should already have my info. She claimed she was from PSEG in their “verification department.” I did not give her any info, and afterwards confirmed through a call to the real PSEG, that “Donna Gray” was a third party supplier who lied about the company she was calling for.
