Received a letter from Prudential Management Services and a check for $8905.00 from Fidelity Management Trust Company.
The letter states that the Lottery Office pulled my name which was attached to the lucky winning numbers of $500,000 prize.
The check enclosed in the amount of $8905 had been deducted form my winnings; the purpose of this check is to enable me to pay for the tax, insurance and shipping and handling on my winnings. I was advised to call the claim agent: Glenn Hawkins @ 902-402-8976 to begin the process. Note* Do no act on this letter until you call and speak with your claims’ agent.
