Answered an ad on the internet for tooth whitening product for shipping only ($7.95). When I went to check out I somehow checked that I wanted a second product (which I did not intent to do). The shipping for that product was $12.95. When I got a confirmation email I saw that I had ordered two products. I answered back not to send the second product and to refund the $12.95. They shipped both products. They refunded the $12.95, but then charged me $22.90. All the ordering was done on 11/20/2018. I received my credit card statement on December 26. The company billed me $149.95 on 12/05/2018. I did not order anything on that date. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge.

The credit card company informed me that another charge of $89 and some cents was charged on 12/20/2018. I told them I also dispute that charge. I then called the company making the charges and told them I didn’t want any more product. They tried to keep me as a customer by offering product as a reduced price (two times). I told them I wanted no product and wanted them to refund the charges that were made after 11/20/2018. I told them my credit card had been cancelled, that they would get no more money from my credit card. I received an email from the company saying my account had been cancelled and that they had refunded $149.95. I replied to that email that I wanted the $89. and some cents refunded as well. I have not received an answer to that request. I received one more package from them and after I called the post office I refused the package and put RTS (return to sender) on the package.

I have also notified the *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** of my problem with this company in the hopes that other people will not fall victim to this scam.
