Type of a scam Phishing

We’ve received numerous postcards since we moved to our new home from this company. The postcards always say, "THis is your final notice…I’ve been trying to reach you but can’t find your phone number….this is my last resort….call this number and listen to my recorded message about this matter…I would appreciate you keep this matter private." The post card lists no company or individual, but it does have a return address name and address. I googled the return name and address, and it advertises a place to "sell your home fast." We haven’t called the number, but their post cards are slightly harassing.
