I came across this website while searching for video games. They had very decent prices and "deals" for what I was looking for. I wound up paying for the products and according to their receipt, the products would be shipped out within 5-7 business days and I would be contacted when they shipped. 10 days later and I still hadn’t received confirmation they’d been shipped. Using the "Contact us" link on Promotebuy.com, I sent a message to them about my concern. I didn’t receive any reply for a few days so I decided to open a claim against them through Paypal, which I had used to pay them thankfully. In less than 24 hours, Promotebuy.com had issued the refund. The biggest red flag that this was a scam website was if they could issue a refund in less than 24 hours, why couldn’t they simply respond to me about the products I’d ordered within a few days? Upon closer investigation of the "terms and conditions" section on their website and other tabs such as "About", even more red flags arose. Within the first couple paragraphs, there were no less than 2 spelling and grammatical errors. There is NO DOUBT in my mind, this website is 100% a scam website.

Item was ordered from website and paid out through PayPal. Item was never received. I did receive a confirmation email but no tracking number. I contacted the company via email twice and no response. I tried locating my item and my order could not be found. Item was never received and credit card was charged.
