I purchased Magic Eye Cream from Guidesky125 on 9 July 2020 for $25.98 USD through PayPal and never received my order. I have had no response to numerous emails that I have sent.

sells covid plastic masks on facebook, claiming “they are shipped from one of their warehouse in usa. “…The minute I did the payment, I received a confirmation of my order with a tracking number that would be communicated directly from the chinese sender! unbelievable already as they mislead the clients pretending it is coming from america. I tried to cancel by opening a Paypal account dispute. After weeks the seller offered a refund of 16 dollars upon the 39,99 dollars I paid. I refused. Now Paypal asked me to ship back in the next 3 days the product to china to receive a full refund! is it ironic that i have to return this to china. Paypal is not helping and in their reviews other paypal users complain about this seller! i have now to call my bank and see if they can dispute this full payment…dont buy it …

Same situation with cat bed. Is there a number to call or are we just SOL? Ordered mine late September and decided to check on it when I found this site. So disappointed.

I ordered cat beds advertised on facebook. I used PayPal . I attempted to contact merchant and they are a fraud. Guidesky125 , also go by the name of mitinight. Why isn’t Facebook liable for these fraudulent companies they allow to advertise?

I ordered these after an advertisement on Facebook and watching a video about how they align your feet. Didn’t receive shoes for over 2 months and they are trash! Worst flip flops I’ve ever had. Straps are so big they won’t stay on my feet. Nothing like the picture. Total false advertising. Contacted company and they said I would need to send the shoes back to China at my expense. They offered a $3 refund. Threw shoes away. Total garbage and total scam!

I ordered a pair of “very comfy” flipflops. They arrives after 2 month. They are too small( even I ordered 2 sizes up) and are nothing lkke shown in the pic. Very bad quality! They have no memory cushion and are very uncomfy!

I ordered sandles and they were too small, I contacted them and was offered a $2 refund on 2 pair’s. I have asked over and over to return and they said if I do and they are lost in the mail I won’t get a refund and so I should take the $2 as its a better deal then Nothing. I’m so ticked off with this site.

I purchased 2 pair of flip-flop sandals were not vionics as advertised they are trash and to small! Don’t order from promise mall its a scam!

Purchased a pair of sandals that were advertised as one thing and was sent quite another! Wrong size- NOT Vionic- cheap knockoff-off- I have contacted the company for a return and refund and they offered me $3 to keep them!
They are a fraudulent company! Their FB page is a joke- you cannot comment or leave any review.

On Aug 9,2020 I saw an add on Facebook. the add said, Promisemall and they were offering deep discounts on Vionic sandals, charging only 19.99. These type of shoes are usually upwards of $80.00. so, I ordered 2 pair. the next day, I looked at my Paypal account to see if the money had been charged to my acct and it was. I was charged for only one pair, thank goodness and the total was 25.97. the email associated with the transaction, is //[email protected] but no other info was given to paypal, but for the transaction ID. Needless to say, I doubt that I will ever receive this product and should have realized that it was too good to be true.

I have same issue ordered cat cave , no response to emails
