Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered 2 screen projectors for mine and my son’s iPhones back on April 3rd. They took the money and had me download an app to track my products. It shows it’s been paid for, they took the money, but they never sent out the projectors. It’s now mid July and it’s not been shipped. They won’t answer emails and have no other way of contacting them. I have threatened to report them, but there’s no way to do it since they have no address to put in the required field through the BBB. After multiple threats and even reporting the name of the company to the FBI online criminal division, they took their website down. Now I’m out $60, my son didn’t get his birthday present ( birthday was mid May) and I have no option but to accept I can’t even get my money back. DO NOT order a screen projector from Project-Ecran. It’s a scam and you will not receive what you ordered or even get an email back when you try to get your money returned. It is a scam ! Hopefully this will save someone the same problems I’ve encountered and a lot of time trying to get your money back
